Исправить взаимодействие Eul's Scepter of Divinity и Cold Feet

Еул не должен диспелить союзный дебаф колд фита.
Eul's Scepter allows Ancient Apparation to keep the target of  Cold Feet in one spot for 2.5 seconds, with only 1.5 seconds left until stun.
You can activate its ability on an enemy after casting Cold Feet and the opposing hero will be stunned and frozen most of the times.
